Book Recommendation:
Initially I read this book for additional domain knowledge for where I work. Along the way I became fascinated by the complexity of genetics and biology in practice. This book reveals the connections between genetics and specific diseases and helps you understand the science and ethics behind genetics. While reading it you will discover what geneticists do in their daily jobs, how genetic traits are passed on, the basics of cloning, and a lot about the Human Genome Project. |
